2019 Sept

Whatya know I found I had bookmarked here so I could find the place again. I still write at Xanga but I bet one of these days it will drop off the net. I get such security warnings with it.  Tried to journal elsewhere but my regulars wanted me to go back.

I still have residual from the stroke but I walk around the house without the walker now, inside and out. I'm still dealing with hubby's dementia and today not as well as I should have.  Hopefully I do better the rest of the week.

Before we sat down I was admiring the salt cellars in her buffet. I have some that were my Grandma's.  It's funny growing up Grandma used salt shakers, I never saw the salt cellar's I have.   Millie has a cross someone made out of twigs from her tree. I would like to try that, we have a lot of twigs from the hybrid oak out front.  I can't recall what the cord was or the Bible verse tying Millie's together.  Millie had sent her husband to pick me up. My mind just was not zeroing in on the google map. I could see no way to drive and follow the instructions and with my shorter every day memory that would be no he...

2020

Once again I found the way to make a post. Doesn't mean I will remember. I could write a post it note but I'd lose that among the other post a notes. lol Coming up on my 81st birthday in October. It will be two years since I had a stroke 2 days before my birthday. Good thing I'm not superstitious. Don't know why I'm writing, have no readers.
